oh. and another thing. put with them all businessmen, foreign or local, who offers cash to traffic enforcers when they get apprehended for violations and they dont want to be disturbed by the law... and the businessmen who offers cash so they would not have to stand in line to process documents and such like everyone else.... and businessmen who offers cash so they get the contract even if they dont really know how to build anything correctly and safely...see me on facebook for a book thick of lists about these.
