Robbers Get Beaten and Set on Fire

I'm trying to contribute here but I have a slight case of repost anxiety.

Anyway, I searched for this video here and couldn't find it so I hope it isn't a repost.

Alleged robbers identified as Jesus Gonçales Menezes aged 25 and Hector Caceres get brutally beaten up and set on fire by an angry mob in the Guatemalan town of Sololá.

Near the beginning of the video when the naked guy is getting dragged by his foot, it looks like he was dragging his ass on the ground like a dog does when its got worms or something.
