I'm trying to contribute here but I have a slight case of repost anxiety. Anyway, I searched for this video here and couldn't find it so I hope it isn't a repost.

Alleged robbers identified as Jesus Gonçales Menezes aged 25 and Hector Caceres get brutally beaten up and set on fire by an angry mob in the Guatemalan town of Sololá.

Near the beginning of the video when the naked guy is getting dragged by his foot, it looks like he was dragging his ass on the ground like a dog does when its got worms or something.

May 2008. Residents of the provincial capital of Solola burned a man alive, accused of being a member of a criminal gang.

The man identified as Hector Antonio Caceres, aka The Tosho, was arrested along with Jesús González, alias El Mania, in the neighborhood of El Carmen, of that municipality.

Subjects were stripped and beaten, and their hair was cut, saw a correspondent for Prensa Libre.

Firefighters rushed to the scene to see that the man was still alive, he was transferred to the National Hospital where he died.

Agents of the National Civil Police (PNC) came to contain the situation and managed to rescue the second man escaped being burned.

PNC agents were attacked by the mob trying to burn the second alleged offender.
