WTF? The guard totally attacked him. The victim had his arms folded and was not visibly threatening at all. And then the completely unnecessary stabbing in the heart? How could he say he didn't mean to kill him? You pulled out your knife, and paused for a moment, then stabbed him in the chest while he was trying not to fall backwards on his head. Totally prick.
