Pharmacy Security Guard Punches and Stabs a Homeless Guy to Death

Last Tuesday (15), a man in the street was killed by a security guard of a pharmacy, in Brazil. The guard was identified as S.P.S., 46 years.

CCTV released by the State Civil Police shows a discussion between the guard and the resident of the street in front of the pharmacy around 9pm.

At one point, S.P.S. begins to assault the man, who was on the spot begging. After leaving him cornered against a railing, the perpetrator of the crime throws punches at him.

He then pulls a knife from his pants and strikes the victim's chest, who can stand up for just a few moments before collapsing to the ground bleeding.

The next day the guard was found and arrested in the house of his wife's boss. He said he was sorry, and claimed that the murder was unintentional.

"When I told him to leave the door he threatened me, he told me that my time was coming, that's when I really lost my mind, I turned around and punched him.

Then I intended to throw him on the other side of the railing and on the street, but he grabbed my shirt, and almost took me along, that's when I pulled the knife to scare him, but he kept pulling me and I ended up stabbing his chest so he would let go, he said.

The deputy of the State Department of Homicide Investigations (DIH), challenged the version presented by the guard. The images are clear, and show that the homeless was killed without sketching any kind of reaction. He already let go of the shirt and the guard was still holding his legs and then stabbed him.

The delegate also said that shortly after the crime, the guard asked to sleep in the house of an elderly woman who is his wife's boss. It seems that he intended to stay hidden until time has passed, but fortunately our agents have found him, he said.

The guard, who until then had no criminal record, was charged with double-qualified homicide, a crime punishable by 12 to 30 years imprisonment.

Innocent people don’t run and hide. But the video clearly shows the guard was not the innocent one.

kudos to the woman who called the authorities! she didn't seem afraid that he might hurt her too even though that was certainly a possibility

Not to mention the guard just flat out assaults the guy in the first place. He is fully responsible for the outcome that will likely result in several foreign objects, some of which will be biological in nature, being forcefully shoved into his anus.
