Peruvian Man with Criminal Record Was Shot Dead in Bar
Chulucanas, Peru A 35-year-old man, Luis F.P., nicknamed 'Cojo Lucho' ('Crippled Fighter'), was murdered by being shot around four times whilst inside a bar. The alleged perpetrators of the attack are two foreign nationals (Venezuelan, reportedly), who arrived and left the scene on a motorcycle. Luis leaves behind a three-year-old daughter. In 2022, Luis was arrested (pictured) for murdering a 47-year-old man, Mateo E.S., after coming out of a fight with Mateo outside a bar "worse for wear". Luis came to Mateo's house with 33-year-old Walter A.R.M., knocked on his door, and when Mateo answered, shot him in the chest. |

Damn, he got out in 4 years or less for murder(?). It's probably a good thing that he did. It's definitely a fitting end for that POS.  |
