Passed with a taste of his own medicine in his mouth. Casefile did an excellent episode on him, called Killer Petey. A bit different from their usual repertoire. It seems he liked to brag and was a bit of an attention seeker. Not going to deny the crimes he was sentenced for though, just took his stories with a grain of salt.

there's a lot of different videos made on him and from what i read, dude was def born with mental issues but took his form of violent art in a more vigilante way rather than targeting innocent people. a monster killing monsters pretty much.
