nah. no way that car can stop within the area covered by the camera at that speed. it probably stopped just beyond the cctv area. of course the driver had to inspect the car's injuries and see if the radiator did not break and cause engine overheat.

The good Samaritans moved the body to the center divider, "here bud, you're halfway there" or "let's move the body before the heavy traffic is here"
