Crosswalk? Where are the lines to walk? I see the ramps but there is no signs or lights for cars to stop or people to walk. That my friend is Jaywalking.

there is a pedestrian crosswalk sign on the side of the road. That is the reason why camera car stopped. Driver is fucked by all means.

Nearby traffic had stopped. Douchebag driver was probably zipping around the bus. He was going way too fast for that situation. Also, this happened in Russia. Not much point in anyone trying to say whether or not that guy was jaywalking, because it's not like Russia is going to use the same road markings that the U.S. uses. Over here, we use crosswalk markings on the road, whereas a simple sign may be considered sufficient in Russia. But at least the driver stopped and owned it. Given that there are cameras in every car over there, it would have been exceptionally stupid of him to run. |
