Shitty country, the girl breathing probably died shortly after the recording of this video due to the lack of proper medical attention. In America she would have airlifted to a hospital within minutes, probably saving her life.

The first girl in the back seat did not appear to be breathing. That is convulsions as the brain dies, most likely. The woman laying on the ground with the broken femur appears to have passed away as well, judging by the urine stain...
