Is he a terrorist or a freedom fighter? I think it depends on who gets to name the people.
The occupied areas of Palestine (the West Bank, Golan Heights, the Gaza Strip by proxy) are just that, occupied areas. Ergo, The Palestinians within those areas are simply defending themselves against an occupying army and the squatters that that army protects. It is akin to someone occupying your home and your defending yourself against said occupier(s). To this there is no debate.
