He is not a terrorist—YET. With enough brainwashing, the ones that are statistically prone to do doing it CAN and WILL become terrorists, however. Does this make it moral to preemptively kill *ALL* ethnic 5-year-olds who reside in regions under the control and jurisdiction of organizations who use terroristic methods against civilians? Of course not. But I can see how some can err on the side of caution. |

Keep in mind that God in the Old Testament explicitly commanded the conquering Hebrews to totally exterminate the indigenous peoples who inhabited the land prior to their arrival (See Deuteronomy 20: 16-17). The ultra orthodox Jews still believe this justified since it was their God who ordered it (and all other "gods" are false imitations).
