One guy tells the other that he murdered a woman and that he was blaming it on his own brother. He also said that people actually saw him do it. I think if he blames his brother for a crime as serious as murder, I'd say he's guilty.

Well
degree 1 burn hurts cause its burning skin/nerves
degree 2 burn hurts a lot more because its burning muscle/nerves
degree 3 burn has already burned through the nerves so that specific spot won't be able to feel anything, even after you've healed.

But seeing as he's on fire i'd say it was the worst shit ever.
