I can't believe this is normal in sum countries. People just walk and drive by like nothings goin' on. I know ppl may not wanna get involved for their own saftey or fear of the ppl who did this to the man but still they don't seemed shocked by this. I wonder what he did as well and it is a brutal way to die. Was it his spine or bone I could see in his back after he was dead?
