I found some info on this, supposedly he did not die from electrocution. He is still alive. It happened in the Philippines.

A job order employee of Cotabato Regional and Medical Center or CRMC is in GOOD CONDITION after being electrocuted yesterday morning.
According to Medical Professional Staff Chief and CRMC Spokesperson Dr. John Maliga, while the victim Jarryd Akbal was picking up the mango fruit, it cut the live wire because of his electrocution.
Dr. Maliga said the victim is in ICU and the situation is being monitored.
The Surgery Department of CRMC headed by Dr. Halima Mokamad-Romangcap focuses on the patient's condition.
