A group of murderers shot 23-year-old Luis Anticona Gutiérrez in the head. They then sent the video of the murder to his parents and demanded 20,000 soles (US$5,600) to release the body. The victim was a public sanitation worker for the Víctor Larco Municipality in the province of Trujillo. Apparently, the killers mistook the victim. The body was later found dismembered, with some parts partially charred, while authorities investigate who might be responsible for the horrendous crime. -repost but merged with original thread with additional photo ~wm  · |
