Damn. w/o the heart beating, it looks like good CGI. I dunno. He's still got his manhood, albeit, a smaller version of a real one. He may still want to live, if they can close it up. It looks like the flap is still there...

Assuming he survives, it would appear that he'll retain full neurological function. Left arm function is questionable, but there's much worse things than losing an arm.
