Was that cop shot in the throat and he is bleeding out and dying in the street? Or was he shot in the vest and it just hurts real bad. Looks like there may be a pool of blood forming under him, unless that is just shadow. But I wonder why his cop friend doesn't rush to his side. Perp looks down for the count, slap some cuffs on him quick and go check on your partner, geez! He looks like he in need of medical assistance quick!
