One Dead, Two Severely Wounded in Knife Attack at French School
A man of Chechen origin who was under surveillance by the French security services over suspected radicalization stabbed a teacher to death at his former high school and critically wounded two other people in northern France on Friday, authorities said. The attack was being investigated as potential terrorism amid soaring global tensions over the war between Israel and Hamas. It also happened almost three years after another teacher, Samuel Paty, was beheaded by a radicalised Chechen near a Paris area school. French anti-terror prosecutors were leading the investigation into the stabbings at the Gambetta-Carnot school, which enrolls students ages 11-18 and is located in the city of Arras, some 115 miles (185 kilometers) north of Paris. A colleague and a fellow teacher identified the dead educator as D.B, a French language teacher at the school. President Emmanuel Macron, who visited the school hours after the attack, said the victim “stepped in and probably saved many lives.” Macron also said that police thwarted an “attempted attack” in another French region after the teacher's fatal stabbing, but he did not provide details. “Colleagues arrived quickly but unfortunately couldn’t save the victim,” Hamzi said. He said the victim had his throat slit. “I’m extremely shocked by what I saw," the officer said. "It was a horrible thing to see this poor man who was killed on the job by a lunatic.” Police said two other men, a second teacher and a security guard, were in critical condition. |

This IS Islamic terrorism. There's a difference between and extremist/radical and someone that just believes living a normal life under Allah/God, whatever you believe in. This was part of the global day of Jihad. I didn't hear it here but reports came in saying he was saying Sallahd Snackbar at one point. So.  |

Muslims have this concept called "Ummah" alias brotherhood. They are obsessed about the welfare of other muslims in the "ummah". A bomb explodes in Albania/Turkey (Muslim nations) and Muslims in Pakistan will put up RIP messages. A Muslim is attacked in London and some Muslim bro in Indonesia/Pakistan/Egypt/Nigeria will put up hateful comments online about London/Europe/White people. They even give each other jobs and help each other and masturbate furiously to Saudi Arabian princes and royals or all sheikhs as they see them as protectors of the faith. Long story short is the more you stay away from them the smarter it is. The fact that a guy from some Muslim pocket of Russia was willing to go to jail/murder for some crap happening in a distant land just because they shared his faith tells you all about them. |

The Chechen attacker, 19 year old (other info said 20 years old, Mohamed Mogouchkov, was shouting "Allahu akbar" during his stabbing spree. He was on "Fichier S" (extremist watchlist) with his brother already locked up for terrorism. Couldn't legally be sent back to Russia. Since this summer, he had been the subject of multiple intelligence techniques and active surveillance measures – he was under wiretapping and was subject to physical surveillance. His telephone conversations in recent days had not revealed any elements allowing him to announce a move to action. He continued his studies at the Carnot high school in Arras by enrolling in 2021 for a BTS in internal combustion engines according to his LinkedIn profile illustrated by the photo of a young man with curly hair wearing glasses. This individual had been checked yesterday without any offense being blamed on him. The National Anti-Terrorism Prosecutor's Office announced that it was taking charge of the investigation. Mohammed Mogouchkov arrived in France in 2008 with his three brothers, his mother and his father. All are of Russian nationality. The father was quickly deported. The rest of the family had submitted an asylum application, but was rejected in summer 2022. The family “should have left the territory” but France has no longer deported people to Russia “since the war in Ukraine”. Nine people, including the attacker and his 16-year-old brother, were taken into custody after the attack. The mother, sister and uncle of the two men were also arrested. France will deploy 7,000 soldiers after declaring a top-level alert following the fatal stabbing of a teacher by a Chechen-origin man, who also severely wounded three others at a school  · |
