Duvalier Sanabria had been charged with homicide, illegal possession of weapons and prison escape. Sanabria's relatives reported that the criminals did not speak to them beforehand and that they did not try to steal any valuables, but that their only objective was to end the life of the Santander native. In the forensic investigations led by Forensic Medicine, authorities discovered that the homicide victim was one of the country's most wanted criminals, listed in official reports as a criminal with significant influence in Piedecuesta and the department of Santander. The Bucaramanga Police, stated at the time that the criminal repeatedly changed his physical appearance to evade authorities. Colonel Jaramillo described Sanabria's capture as a message to other criminals, as among the crimes committed is the murder of businessman Pedro José Oviedo. Despite his capture and the extensive police presence that led to his apprehension, the man was released under circumstances that have not been publicly clarified. To date, there are no official explanations for the reasons that led to his release after being detained as one of the country's most wanted fugitives and facing international alerts.  · |

I had my boat and purchased a new flat in front of the New marina. Within a year, people were getting killed in the tourist locations. Sold my shit and took a loss on my yearly slip and have not returned. That place was a low key locations for foreigners to keep their boats. Now, is way overpriced and killings are multiplying.
