The beating in the third video is actually a lot more painful that in looks if I've got it right. I recently saw the same thing in an episode of ****** (TV show about MI5 agents) and they claimed that this kind of beating breaks the bones in the feet.
Of course, I could be wrong. I mean, no one in their right mind believes everything they see on TV, but it seems like a plausible effect.
