My mom worked with mentally and physically disabled seniors for years, around 20 years. And I enjoyed going to visit them thru the years. I ask old people if they need help carrying stuff or I take the cart back to the store for them. I like when old people just start a convo with me, I’m glad I could be someone who is engaging with them. Give them a little smile for the day.
