They show this on those 'Most Shocking' caught on tape shows. They always cut it off before the impact, leaving people to use their imaginations as to what really happened. Any way it goes it was a senseless death.

i saw this about 10 years ago and always wondered the story behind who the person was and, yes, ive always thought it was a little girl. It is relieving to know it wasn't a child...

The guy who filmed this was a train buff. The train that hit the girl was making its very last run, so he wanted to record it. I've seen better quality copies of this video. In the higher res video, you can actually see that the girl's body actually gets ripped in half. Look carefully right before the camera turns away; you can see a big red stain appear where her abdomen would be.
