Yeah, everyone in the vicinity cares cause she's American. Theres always the slightest chance that the family might be generous to the person who sat beside her during her last moments. If the victim had been a native Mexican.....  . Just another Sunday. Must have been a cartel hit. Cartel hits are like hurricanes. You dont question them.
