Those flamers who want to make excuses for these knuckleheads who got shot up, I say get over it. A civilian walking around with armed groups and taking shots at regular soldiers has 0 rights. No rights at all. Except one. He has a right to a painless death. And I am sure these Apache Warriors made it as painless and easy as possible. Maybe too easy.
