I count about 8 shots to the head, the guy shooting enjoyed it. This was an execution. This fight could have been broken up without a killing.

The guy drew on the cop who lunged at him and made him dsrop it, you can see his gun in the gutter as the fight moves to the front. The shooter shot at police and was killed being arrested, the off duty cop was innocent in this. He came across a murderous family and died for it. |

No the cop lounged at him and he went for his gun. I think the cop was the aggressor here. The cop is already mid lounge behind the taco stand when he enter the frame with his hands extended the guy reaches for his waistband, his gun.

I disagree 1 You don't lunge for a guy at first you throw a punch, unless the guy is trying to draw on you then you lunge ( not lounge) at his waist to control his hands as the cop did. 2 Click the first few frames and you see the cop's arms come up AFTER ( in response) the guy goes to draw, very clearly. |

The cop is clearly going for the mans hands/gun at the start of the fight in response to him trying to draw.
