So the guy who died had previously assaulted several people 1 being an 86 I think elderly person, punched them in and face and also 2 guys he punched unprovoked, just like Floyde was a criminal and this guy was a criminal, unfortunate he died, but the marine was in the right to hold him down under any means possible, and to think he may be charged because of a corrupt DA, is disgraceful and will now prevent anyone helping when a mental ill or psycho nut is a danger to the public, the only failure to the dead man was the system that allowed him to walk in public and not get him help!
Also I must note, that regardless of any action taken by this marine if he had help he may not have had to put him in a choke hold, but because he was the only person to stand up and do something obviously he had to restrain him the way 1 guy would another guy, people saying he didn't deserve to die, of course he didn't, but the people he assaulted didn't deserve being assaulted, sometimes people have to also be held accountable for their part, if he was not being abusive to others and being aggressive he would be alive today!

I continue to read comments about the guy's past criminal record, which of course, the Marine was able to know in that instant (remember how Spock used to mind-meld? Maybe that mind-meld happened during the choke hold) so that justified the 10-plus minute neck compression. Kill 'em all, right? Who knows what he might have done in the past, or might do in the future?

That said the reaction to this is so warped I’m convinced it’s either one of 2 things: they are miserable in life & make themselves feel better for being worthless that they look at others misfortune positively or they are just racist pos!
