No. It should not be that way and this should never have happened. But the lack of recognition and accountability for mental health a criminality has caused the problem.

The “victim” had a criminal history, so I suppose everyone is supposed to stand around until some actual innocent bystander gets hurt, and then those same mf’ers crying murder are going to say “OMG why did no one do anything?!?1!” Police likely wouldn’t have done anything. You have police that won’t touch these kinds of offenders because liberal lawmakers and politicians will condemn it while doing nothing about it.
