The dead crazy dude threatened the lives of this man and everyone there. The dead crazy dude had recent history of attacking an old lady and trying to push people onto the subway tracks. The other black guy that was helping to hold the crazy dude down even said that the pressure on his neck was in-fact released after he went limp. It was an ACCIDENTAL death that occurred when the marine was doing a good deed.
