yeah exactly. even the floor for a regular indoor basketball court is nowhere near as strong as a concrete one.

i've only played in high school but it felt like a strong vinyl or hardwood

His friends likely sealed his fate shaking him every which way at a point when it was crucial to keep him stabilised to avoid further injury.
