I would hope so. I just noticed that the video is reversed (note the backward letters on the venue) so that could be him coming out of the driver's side of his SUV. I was initially assuming that was the passenger side & there was no way he could've climbed out like that so quickly. Another reason I didn't initially think it was him is that it's hard to imagine someone completely covered in flames like that surviving more than a few minutes & he apparently stuck around for a while before croaking.

I think mandatory background checks are needed before being allowed to buy a lethal weapon like a car.
