I heard about this really early Tuesday morning. I quickly realized that my brother & his girlfriend had been there at the moe. show where it happened. I checked & the last Facebook post either of them had made was a picture from inside the venue right before it happened so I was kinda freaking out thinking that they might have been involved. I then finally got in contact with him & he said that they had left right before it happened & just missed it. I was so incredibly fucking relieved to hear that they were OK.
This video shows the moment the accident happened. The guy in the black SUV was suicidal & had left a suicide note & a journal. He apparently sped up before hitting the white vehicle & then hitting other concertgoers who were in the crosswalk heading to the parking lot. Everything goes up in flames almost immediately from the gas in the dozen gas cans the suicidal dude had in his vehicle. Shortly after the vehicles come to a stop, you can see one of the people in the car that got hit get out completely engulfed in flames. Two people in the white vehicle were killed & several pedestrians were injured. It's unknown if he targeted the concert or if that was just a target of opportunity. He died later in the day so that may never be known. He possibly had an undiagnosed bipolar disorder.

Of course, "beauty" is in the eye of the beholder. I try not to yuck someone else's yum because what I think about what other people get into doesn't matter one fucking bit.
