Im dominican and here in my country we haved this problem for a long time in clubs... in the money statement soem pf you have said that the amount is ridiculous for that risk... you guys are right not even for 20 dollars that is worth your life... but here in my country Dominican Republic getting 40,000 pesos (almost 900 dollars) for a average person like him can be up to two monthly salaries (these guys win like 15,000 pesos a month, that is like 300 dollars) if you mix a poor man needs with stupidity and alcohol... the result is in this video...
