~ He only raised his left arm to gesture, like a, 'Hey, what's up'.
~ He never raised his right arm, so as to shoot himself, & his right hand had no weapon either.
~ He got shot right in the forehead. They really wanted to get rid of him.

You can see both his hands? You do realize the video images are reversed in 2 of the videos right? What do you suppose that first cop is doing when he bends down and reaches towards the Nazi's hand? Perhaps he slipped, or was checking for a pulse, maybe give him one last secret Nazi handshake? Or would the simplest explanation be that upon reaching the suspect, the first priority would be to secure the gun.

And the other clue that should be obvious is the difference in the smoke that flows down from his nose and mouth and the much thicker smoke that originates from the side of his head that we can't see.
