Honestly I can pretty much understand the guys frustration, shitty dog owners who couldn't care less about their stupid fucking mutts barking and causing misery to people who have to live next to them can drive people to the edge. I've had to move because of it, it can honestly be like a nightmare. In my case would have killed the damn things without one milisecond of hesitation if there weren't legal consequences for it.

Barking dog kept him up at night and slowly drove him mad, killing is bit over the edge but admittedly a dog that barks constantly is irritating as fuck.
