A little hard to say what ANY of us would do if we were among the bystanders in a situation like this. I like to think I’d try to help him, but seeing it here after the fact is very different from reality. Shock immobilizes and by the time people realized what his intentions were, it was a little late. Mentally ill people are everywhere and no one wants to get involved, except to take a video.

I know what I would do, get away from the naked guy. A defective person can push or grab you and then two people get ground up by the choo-choo. You are under no moral obligation to tackle a naked guy with a massive, bloated cock and/or balls on a train platform.
