So much sparks point to low quality ammo or badly stored ammo (slightly humid), it is due to incompletely burnt powder and consequently lowering muzzle speed, ft/pound energy delivered on target. Pistol tracer bullets will ignite and trace right out of the muzzle which we don't see here. |

He was using "Sparkle Bullets", which you can get very cheaply from drug addicted unicorns. Those unicorns also usually sell "Skittles" which they get out of their own butt, as a side effect of the rainbows they generate with their unicorn horns.
