~ The guy with the long hair that walked out looked kinda leary & probably thought he was in the clear for such a busy night. But looks like they were already waiting for him. Snagged! ~ The killers could easily be lost in the cycles traffic, with no particular witnesses who would only say, There were like 100 cycles out there! |

I think the camera is just picking up propellant which hasn't been completely burned before leaving the barrel.

IR security cameras pick up light really well, so those sparks are just ignited gunpowder.
