Its one thing if youre an abusive piece of shit but tying an animal up in a public venue like that in lieu of having pool tables or pinball machines so that your barflys have something to entertain themselves is pretty cruel.
Looks like the cow/bull wanted to stay in the bar and the people were trying to pull it off the dance floor. I hate it when large mammals are on the dance floor (but am not cruel about it).

Well deserved! Shame it didn't happen to all of those assholes. Poor thing you can tell it felt threatened and scared being surrounded, pulled in all directions (including by the tail ffs), being kicked, being hit, and having shit thrown at it.
