Motorist Rams into a Bike and a Moped, Killing Two People
Yesterday, a traffic accident occurred in Humen Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province where a motorist suddenly lost consciousness and hit and killed two people. First he rammed into a motobike carrying two people bfore another person on a moped got hit.

Where? I see a woman exit the vehicle, not the alleged male driver. I believe they drive on the right over there. So the driver is still in that car.

You need to work on your powers of observation. The second video was mirrored (flipped horizontally). And yes, "he" (the driver) appears to be a woman... although we really don't know what pronouns the driver uses now, do we?...
