Good thought! It almost looks to me, the way his arms are pulled up, that he stopped the bike and got off because he felt something coming on, and then suffered a heart attack and just fell over, arms pulled up from the pain of the heart attack. (Or whatever actually killed him.) Doesn't look like he was killed, or robbed. Just fell over and laid there. But he also does not look very old.  |
