If you enlarge the video and watch at the 20-29 second mark and in the bottom left corner, I thought it was the head at first but now I'm not too sure. I can't see what's going on too well, so I guess I'll move along. Good post btw.

The biker's severed head flew thru the air and landed out of camera view in his girlfriend's lap. She said at first the eyes were closed and the head motionless, then after a second the head 'came alive' with the tongue making slurping motions and the eyes moving around in her lap. Thats why she went batshit, jumped up and started screaming.

This vid reminded me of a high school drivers education scare film. A guy at a drunken beach party of teenagers yells "lets race to see who gets it on with Tina!". They hop in their trucks or dune buggys, race along the beach and one vehicle flips over and the driver dies.

No, I'm serious, it was a movie they showed us in health class. Our health teacher, a typically moronic low IQ high school football coach, also showed us a documentary about angel dust. In it, a black girl recalls watching her friend drown while they were both high on dust, saying "you swim real good at the bottom of the pool..."

Looks like "Zombiehunter", the poster above, is more impressionable than you.

If you aren't impressed by a guy racing to preserve his girl's honor, crashing in front of her and having his severed head with its tongue darting in and out and eyes rolling around landing on her lap, then there is no pleasing you!

Dammit, I've watched the liveleak video a few times now on full screen and I still don't think his head explodes. There is no explosion of blood, and the head always bleeds a lot when hurt. All I see is his helmet fly off, his faceplant and then as he turns over his hoodie comes up over his head. That's what it appears to be to me anyway.
We really need to see close ups to settle the 'debate'.

It is hard to say exactly what particular injuries he suffered and their severity with any certainty. I would say it is highly unlikely to survive a faceplant with that kind of force though.
