I do believe that is his head or what's left of it, off to the left of the screen. The fact that it is ignored and every one is focused on his body makes it even more disturbing. Her screaming is just awful.

Dude crashes with his bike, gives the pavement a nice kiss and then a bunch of dumb monkey motherfuckers rushes int o move him around. You know cause if his neck is injured, moving him around like that can make it worse or even kill him. And that's exactly what you wanna do. |
