I wouldn't be surprised if the deceased was only traveling at 40 mph on impact. Maybe less. I'm guessing the wire fence is what decapitated her. And since her body and the bike are pretty close to the fence and eachother, doesn't make it seem like she was going 80+ mph. Or things would be spread out further. |
