As far as the slow loading I've noticed if you let it play for a few seconds then pause it the loading speeds up pretty quickly

About the not helping thing - some people just don't have the stomach to squat next to and give comfort to a woman who is right next to a pile of human pizza that was once a human being, and a child at that. Unfortunately, I live in Indonesia, and I know this is Java Island, in Indonesia. They're speaking Javanese. This stupid shit happens daily here.

The white paint thing is most likely a spiritual ritual they do to keep bad spirits away. They do that a lot here, sometimes with red paint, chicken blood, and/or flower peddles mixed with perfumed water. How they can even conceive in this generation that that even applies to some emergency like that still puts me in awe.

The reason why most people here just drive on by is because (1) the police will come, and they don't want the hassle, and (2) they see it at least once a month, so, fuck it. Lastly, everyone here drives like idiots. I promise the father who was driving did some retarded move and killed his whole family, and they also know this, so, again, fuck it.

That's some carnage.. Sucks that assistance for the survivor was overlooked, but then again it is understood that most people aren't properly trained to handle trauma.. Very sad to see..
