Out of all the beheading videos ive seen these guys look like some amateurs. I dont know about most extreme but it was a beheading none the less.

all his functions, im assuming, were pretty much functional, because the vertebral column was still intact and had not been severed...you can hear him breathing and see him blink cause he is clearly alive, his lips even move as if to express the pain and possibly try to scream, but once ur pipes are severed i doubt you can do much of any sound making as your voice box/larynx as essentially useless once cut
