Apparently, the killers found a rival gang member on the streets... they started a chase, but he got away from them. His brother (the one with the really ugly tattoo on his chest) and brother-in-law (the one with grey shirt) were captured during the chase. They were tortured and killed. Don't know if they were all from the same gang, but got killed anyway.
