So they didn’t film the actual shots? Wouldn’t that mess up the barrel if one of the bullets hit the other gun. Doesn’t seem like proper gun care The manual states if more than one barrel is to be used to put them into a softer orifice such as the ear or the asshole to avoid metal damage.

I don't think they shoot him like in the first vid, 3 barrels in a mouth
His lips were still intact in the second video

I was thinking the same thing, unfortunate for him, but maybe we'll get a follow up video
