Many black folks are told and believe that they can't be racist. Their reasoning is they aren't in control of the "system". Thst they don't have the ability to oppress. So therefore, they cannot be racist.

Which is not just laughable it's just wrong. And makes no sense, because a white person flying a confederate flag on his truck is called racist. He could be an unemployed disabled mentally retarded inbred disfigured guy with an iq of a toddler. He has no ability to oppress either. But that won't matter, he's white.
