You really need to brush up on your firearms knowledge my friend. All pistol calibers are practically useless (as evidenced by this video) in immediately stopping a threat. No hydrostatic shock = no immediate stop to the threat. The guy took 12 rounds to put him down, if the cop was carrying grandpa’s 1911, he would be reloading before the guy dropped to the ground. If anything this video shows that magazine capacity is the deciding factor as to why the cop was not further injured.
