Moment Man Electrocuted When Shovel Hits Buried Cables
This is the moment a man is electrocuted and collapses in the middle of the street after hitting a cable while working where a section of road had been removed to make a garden. The incident took place in the district of Brena, in the city of Lima, the Peruvian capital, where after an explosion of sparks the man can be seen struggling to stay on his feet before collapsing from a heart attack. Reports said that a section of road had been removed to give access to the soil underneath in order to create a small garden, but that this meant an electricity cable, that had previously been covered by tarmac, was exposed as Angel Victor Palomino Guardia, 27, started working there. |

Cool video. It’s like he hung there for a couple seconds before he collapsed.

That delay is pretty eerie ... a few seconds before the brain realises the shock stopped the heart |
